Go drool at their cuteness: Two Ten Designs @ Etsy
Call Of Duty!! On sale at Target, Andrew just purchased… he’s pretty excited.
I’m thinking of painting the woodwork in our bedroom tonite. Someone can feel free to talk me out of it.
I am also going to try and tackle more of Baby Aubrey’s quilt, since she came 2 weeks early it’s not finished. Typical Tritz.
I alsoooo have to update the Etsy store, I’ve totally let it go this holiday season. Last nite I redesigned twotendesigns.com and I think it’s adorable!! So the Tumblr, Twitter and Etsy will all match… hopefully tonite. We shall see!
I understand that I need a FaceBook, but I simply can’t justify my lackadaisical updating of one more site. So I just fancified my myspace, and i’m toying with the idea of making a myspace page for two ten. Isn’t a Twitter, Tumblr, Etsy and .Com enough??
Perhaps not.
Speaking of, I am going to give twotendesigns.com an update tonite, woohoo, I know you’re excited!!
Oh why back button, did you decide to erase my post!!
Anyway, this post is about the XPN Craft Fair, Steven Singer, and Something Else That I Forgot Because Of The Back Button.
Andrew and I went to the craft fair at World Cafe Live this weekend! It was 3 floors of beautiful things, and I only set out to find sewing goods & knit goods, but found Little Flower Designs and Bijou-X instead.
I fell in lurve with this Little Flower mug: Isn’t he adorable?! My evening, morning and afternoon coffees all taste more deelish! Funny story about the Bijou-X lady. Andrew and I are registered at Crate and Barrel for our wedding, right? Well, we were picking out knives, and got some much needed help from this very nice knowledgeable lady, Denise. Turns out, Denise is Bijou-X and she makes the prettiest jewelry - made alot from vintage finds - and I saw this necklace with a tourmalene stone and a green & gold owl on it. It’s the perfect length and I will have to take a photo of it and post it, b/c I lurve. Andy purchases such nice things for me!!
Speaking of purchasing nice things, and weddings… We hit up Steven Singer this weekend to price wedding bands. Andy picked out a tungsten carbide ring that’s this brushed texture and pretty dark grey. I lurve! And my ring has a few styles of matching bands - which we didn’t know when he got my engagement ring. So I got the band that matches exactly and sparkles like woah. So I’m pretty excited about these rings, b/c I just wanna wear it already!
What else, what else… Lindsey’s birthday is today! Which led me to a great idea for her gift on Saturday! Which I cannot post here, b/c Linds is a nosey bitch who will snoop and ruin surprises! Ruiner of joy! I love you!
So that is all for now… I’m working on some new stuff for Two Ten (since this blog is a Two Ten production I guess I’ll update you) in the line of adding a press section, and a few other thingies. Yay!
I spent my dreary, cold, damp morning writing lesson plans for Alexander and the Terrible, Horrible, No Good, Bad Day and The Very hungry Caterpillar.
With those out of the way (surprisingly before noon) I continued my search for a stationer to print my custom designed wedding invites & other matching stationery. I’m determined to have a Martha Stewart Wedding, which I’ve just decided the other day. I love her! If anyone has any suggestions of a reallllly affordable letterpress printer or a reputable invite printer in the Philadelphia area, please message me (hi@twotendesigns.com)!
I have also updated my 2 flickr streams! Here’s a preview of the Craft Fair…
In thinking about Christmas (ugh already!), I think i’m going to make some cute little bird decorations in white and gold to accompany our existing decorations for our tree. Here are a pair we already have… aren’t they sweet?
We also have a pair in our room on a branch that are pretty adorable too. The pattern is pretty simple, you can get the pattern free from Spool Sewing right HERE as a PDF. They’re super quick to make, and whether you you embellish them or not, make truly adorable gifts!
Speaking of gifts… you should really go 100% handmade this year by visiting etsy sellers! Especially local ones *hint hint*!
Phillies, World Series, Crfaft Fair, Midterms, oh my! I just added a billion things to the store, so check those out! I’m also in the middle of editing a bunch of photos from the Phils Parade on friday and the fair on saturday, so I’ll be putting them in a nifty photostream either tonite or tomorrow morning.
I’m gonna do a little trash talkin’ here, but it’s all over tonite for Tampa. Is it just me, or does their team look like a fake team? I thought LA was a fake team with all the fakeness of LA, but the Rays just are strange to me for some reason. And I feel like they’re not used to playing in a ballpark that’s a ballpark, not an indoor arena. Bleck. Go Phils!!
Andrew and I decided to snag the G1 from Google & TMobile and I am in lurve!!! So no, we don’t have Verizon anymore, we’ve switched to TMobile. Sorry, you’re calls will cost us all minutes now. But this phone is the coolest ever, and I have NO idea what on earth it all does but it’s so fun and way easy on the eyes. G1 > iPhone.
